The EHS girls volleyball team suffered their fourth Wapiti League loss on Friday at the hands of the Imbler girls at Enterprise. The defeat gives the Red and Black an 0-4 record in league play with a 9-9 mark overall.

Imbler won the match in five games 21-25, 25-20, 19-25, 25-18 and 6-15.

"It was a very close, exciting match," said EHS coach Tammy Crawford. "Our loss was kind of a snowball effect in the fifth game as mistakes spread across the team."

Crawford commended the play of several members on the squad. "Kallie Hadden had a lot of good hits in the match and defensively Chelsie Noland, Maddie Smith, Kayla Stoffel and Jessie Morgan did an exceptional job for us."

Enterprise will travel to Grant Union on Friday to face the Prospectors. "We've played with everybody and have a good shot at Grant Union on Friday," Crawford said. "When you play league games you have to step up and play your best," Crawford added.
