Joseph track gets younger

Joseph High School's track and field is loaded with newfaces.

Five boys have varsity experience. Clancy Warnock (javelin) and Kenny Lathrop (800-meter run). They won their events at the district championship meet. Sam Garnett and Mickey Stenkamp ran relays. Tavin Hurley missed last season, undergoing knee surgery. New athletes include Cole Warnock, Tyrel Warnock, Anthony Smallen, Lucas Staigle, Trevor Lewis, Spencer Jarman, Caleb Bright and Vanni Petrolli.

For the girls, seniors Paige Bailey and BoDean Warnock are back. They welcome Rebecca Cummins, Jade DeLury, Emily Howerton, Celine Gaudin and Despina Panagiotolis.
